Very nice pictures, Val. I like them, especially the shot with two bamboo plants in front of a building. No matter how much building design and materials have been advanced and modernized, people would always like to see somethings from the past or culture that they can find some identity. Particularly, I find the superposition of one the bamboo plants and the concrete column very interesting - very much like one is physical and the other one is spiritual, one is the muscle and the other is the bone. Oh, how comforting and reassuring it is, like we are in a foreign land and in the middle of a crowd inside a elevator, and we hear faintly someone speaking your dialect.
